The plastics industry, given the high diversity of manufacturing processes and creation of plastic products, is in need big control and compliance with the required production standards, so adopting artificial vision systems helps to oversee waste and to reduce the risk of non-compliant returns.

The artificial vision systems of AceLabs verify that the shape of the product is correct, that it does not have anomalies as well as checking its capacity and in the production of plastic films, allow to check the presence of opaque inclusions or defects of any kind.
