Non-contact measurement

System used for the measurements of the thicknesses of plates or manufactured products of continuous line.

It is the ideal solution when you can not take traditional mechanical measurement systems that provide a physical contact between the measuring element and the product (example on soft plastics that would be scored), or where it is necessary to obtain a sample for measuring extremely dense and distributed over the entire surface of the product.

The heads of acquisition AceLabs are able to perform measurement with precision of the order of microns and a speed of more than 1000 samples per second.

By mounting the heads of acquisition of appropriate linear motorized specially designed and built, you can get a mapping of thickness distributed over large areas, with a precision of 1/100 of millimeter.
