AceRobopicker, 2D vision system for the robotguidance

Here is AceRoboPicker, our vision system for the 2D robotguidance of robots. The system allows to guide the picking of pieces arranged in the space or allows the robot to carry out critical work and visual checks through cameras. AceFilmInspector, vision system for the control of plastic film

Here is AceFilmInspector, a highly modular vision system on the dimensions of the surfaces to be inspected. The vision system consists of a line scan camera that frames the material, a linear light that allows to illuminate the part to be inspected and a pc station that allows the processing of the acquired images, data management and waste signals.
